Develop operational plan, event orders, and timelines; monitor budget, provide accounting aboard ship, and financial report at end of cruise
Anticipate needs, follow up and solve problems
Create registration forms, invitations and other marketing and logistical material, manage database and provide all necessary manifests
Coordinate VIP needs, meetings, awards and port activities
Provide additional support including bon voyage gifts, signage, name badges, decor, logo items, and more!
